Quilted square pot holder with pocket back

About 8 inches square and insulated with Insul-Bright®, these are a great addition to your kitchen and table. They can be used for taking hot items from the oven or as a hot pad on the table. 

Many pot holders are made with a single layer of cotton batting or Insul-Bright® but both of these products are needed. The cotton batting helps absorb steam from the heat and Insul-Bright® is a heat resistant material that keeps the heat from your hands.

My potholders are made with a layer of cotton batting and 2 layers of Insul-Bright® for extra protection. The layers are quilted together making them thick, but flexible, sturdy and pretty. They are easy to use, machine washable and have a ribbon loop for hanging when not in use.
